Ithan Mini Summer Camp
July 13th and 14th
Ithan Mini Camp Update:
We hope that everyone had an amazing 2023-2024 school year! Now, it's time to cap it off with a bang at the Ithan Mini Camp on June 13th and 14th! Get ready for two days packed with excitement, learning, and fun! We've planned an array of activities to ensure every camper has a blast. Plus, keep your eyes peeled for a few surprises along the way!
Drop Off: To kick off each day smoothly, please arrive at the Gym/Cafeteria Doors no earlier than 8:50 AM. Our staff will be outside to welcome your children and guide them to the Gym. We hope to start each day with a burst of energy and positivity! Students attending the PM session will be asked to drop off their student no earlier than 12:20PM. Again, we will have a staff member greeting your child and directing them to the gymnasium. Those students attending the full day camp will be asked to drop off their lunch to a designated location on their way inside the school.
Pick-Up: For AM-only campers, dismissal is at noon. Please aim to arrive promptly to avoid afternoon drop-off conflicts. For those staying for the full day or joining us for the PM only session, we will dismiss at 3:30 PM. Timeliness is greatly appreciated!
Alternate Pick-Ups: If carpooling or alternate pick-up arrangements are in place, please notify us in advance at William.hirt@rtsd.org. We want to ensure every child's safety and smooth transition.
Camp Readiness: Come rain or shine, we're prepared for a fantastic time! Please ensure your child applies sunscreen beforehand, brings a labeled water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the day, and is wearing sneakers. Students are permitted to bring a small snack for both morning and afternoon sessions.
