2026 Ithan mini MEGA Summer Camp

Hello Mini Mega Camp Families!

The countdown is officially on!

We hope you had an incredible 2025–2026 school year, and now it's time to kick off summer with two unforgettable days of fun, friendship, creativity, and adventure at the 2026 Ithan Mini Mega Camp on June 11th and 12th!

Our team has been hard at work planning exciting activities, engaging challenges, hands-on projects, outdoor fun, games, and plenty of surprises along the way. We can't wait to welcome your campers and celebrate the start of summer together!

Camp Drop-Off Information

To help us get each day started smoothly and safely:

Morning Session Campers

• Please arrive at the Gym/Cafeteria doors no earlier than 8:50 AM.
• Our camp staff will be outside ready to greet your child and guide them into the gym.

Afternoon Session Campers

• Drop-off begins at 12:20 PM.
• Staff members will be available to welcome campers and help them get settled for an afternoon of fun.

Full-Day Campers

• Please send a packed lunch with your child.
• Campers should bring their lunch to the cafeteria upon arrival.

We can't wait to start each day with lots of energy, enthusiasm, and Mini Mega spirit!

Camp Pick-Up Information

AM-Only Campers

• Pick-up is at 12:00 PM.
• To help with a smooth transition between sessions, please arrive promptly.
• Staff members will escort your child directly to your vehicle, so there is no need to leave your car.

PM and Full-Day Campers

• Pick-up is at 3:30 PM.
• Thank you in advance for your punctuality at dismissal.

Alternate Pick-Up Arrangements

If your child will be picked up by someone else, participating in a carpool, or leaving early, please let us know ahead of time by emailing William.Hirt@rtsd.org.

Providing advance notice helps us ensure a safe and efficient dismissal process for everyone.

Camp Readiness Checklist

We're ready for fun—rain or shine! To help your camper have the best possible experience, please remember to:

• Apply sunscreen before camp
• Bring a labeled water bottle
• Wear sneakers and comfortable clothing for active fun
• Bring a packed lunch if attending the full day
