2026 SUMMER STEM Adventure Camps
Hello Summer STEM Adventure Camp Families!
The countdown is officially on!
Our team is excited to welcome your child to an unforgettable week of discovery, creativity, problem-solving, and hands-on STEM adventures during Summer STEM Adventure Camp, taking place June 15–19 at the Octorara Intermediate School!
Throughout the week, campers will participate in engaging STEM challenges, exciting engineering activities, collaborative projects, games, and plenty of opportunities to create, explore, and innovate. From building and designing to experimenting and problem-solving, we have an incredible week planned and can't wait to get started!
Camp Schedule
Morning Session (Grades 3–5)
- Camp runs from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Drop-off begins at 8:50 AM
Afternoon Session (Grades 6–8)
- Camp runs from 12:30 PM – 3:30 PM
- Drop-off begins at 12:20 PM
Camp Drop-Off Procedures
To help us start each day smoothly and safely, please use the Main entrance at the Octorara Intermediate School. Spark Learning staff members will be outside to welcome campers and guide them into the building.
Camp Pick-Up Procedures
Grades 3–5 (Morning Session)
- Pick-up is at 12:00 PM.
- Staff members will escort campers directly to your vehicle.
Grades 6–8 (Afternoon Session)
- Pick-up is at 3:30 PM.
- Staff members will escort campers directly to your vehicle.
Thank you for arriving promptly at dismissal each day.
Alternate Pick-Up Arrangements
If your child will be picked up by someone other than a parent/guardian, participating in a carpool, or leaving early, or walking/riding bike home, please notify us in advance by emailing sparklearningllc@gmail.com.
Providing advance notice helps us ensure a safe and efficient dismissal process for all campers.
Camp Readiness Checklist
We're ready for STEM fun, rain or shine! To help your child have the best possible experience, please remember to:
- Apply sunscreen before camp as some activities may be outdoors
- Bring a labeled water bottle
- Wear sneakers and comfortable clothing
- Students can bring a snack if they choose. Please be mindful of student allergies.
- Bring a positive attitude and a willingness to explore, create, and learn!
